This developer is working on a site next to where I live and finishing up what looks like the final phase of an ongoing project, WestLine Village. Personally I think they've done a great job with the WestLine houses; they've moved really quickly and these are a great addition to the neighborhood. As someone who grew up across the street, I can tell you this neighborhood has been 100% transitional and is finally coming into its own. I see their projects popping up all over Denver, they look well-designed, and the construction crews they work with are always very polite every time I've encountered them. It seems like what they build is a lot more reasonably priced than what is common in Denver (aka less than $500k) which I definitely appreciate!
