Highland Design + Build did a build - out of our 2nd story attic during the pandemic. We added an entertainment space, a bedroom, and re-worked a bathroom to fit our large family's needs. It was important to us that the build - out match the rest of the house and they did an amazing job. It's beautiful, merges seamlessly with the rest of the house and has added so much usable space to our home. Everyone there and their sub-contractors were responsive to our needs and so very kind to work with.
If you want to work with a true professional during your remodel experience, then Tom Coan and his team are the group for you. They did a fantastic job on our project. Tom kept us on budget and on schedule. He stands behind his work.
We had a wonderful experience with Highland Design + Build. They gave me the kitchen of my dreams that I never thought I could have with my existing space.
