Do yourself huge favor and steer clear of this nightmare posing as a competent dentist team. Outdated equipment, still using spitsinks. No 360° Xray machine & only takes one set of Xrays for top & bottom teeth. Hydenist that hurts. Extremely female dentist. Male dentist that pulled my tooth unnecessarily. It took 50 minutes of pain, anguish & tears to come out with no apologies & no aftercare talk. I had to ask for aftercare paper. I can’t get them to return a call or answer the phone. I left a message over a week ago and no one called me back. They do not answer the phone during the day. I tried to get a human being to answer the phone for the past six days to no avail. Very disappointing
Went in for a broken tooth had it looked at and told the only place that takes UMPC for you is in Pittsburgh and they gave me a referral for Allegheny General Hospital, I ended up calling my insurance company only to find out there's about 10 within westmoreland county that will gladly take my insurance.
