The facility was warm and welcoming. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was attractive and comfortable. I enjoyed the residents. It was a wonderful place to be when I could no longer stay in my home.
The Highland Crest part of it was wonderful to my dad then he got transferred over to the arbors. I don’t feel they had enough employees to take care as many people that they had with their conditions he wasn’t treated with the respect that he deserved and the night that he fell, they waited until after midnight to get him to the hospital for that I’ll never forgive them For the management team. They were very poor, trying to keep people away from seeing their father for the kitchen staff they were wonderful for the nurse th... read more
