Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the doctor was the rudest and worst doctor i have EVER had. He made me feel like I was insignificant and not worth the effort to treat. No real explanations to what was happening to my body and how to handle it except "go see another doctor".
My husband saw Dr. Dockendorf for a hernia repair. We found him & his staff to be very kind & caring. We never waited more than 10 mins for appointments. And he has a really good sense of humor!
ABSOLUTELY HORRID! I needed a biospy … He was so uncaring.. Im not a crier…but I was literally in tears during and after.. ..
The doctor is a decent doctor, the problem is the non personalized, no concern, no call backs, no good instructions after surgery and just a doctor who obviously is going through the motions with no real care for his patients. Do not expect any type of compassion or time taken to explain things. If you don’t have your own questions, you can expect a 2 minute fast explain action before he’s off to the next patient, and that’s it. The office promises to return calls and NEVER DOES. My husband went to his family Dr for problems with hemorrhoids and they sent him to to the hospital for a blood clot in his hemorrhoid . Well they sent him to Dr. Dockendorf. We did not know him but his family Dr just tried to find someone to see him that same day. The Dr looked at it and explained what he would do. Now if anyone has had hemorrhoids , you know it is excruciating pain to the slightest touch. The Dr had him bend over and injected what was suppose to be numbing medication.
