Established care here today and felt very heard and respected when discussing my health issues. Grateful to have found this place.
I was just given the nastiest attitude when I walked into the highland clinic today and asked for the results from my cancer screening. The receptionist has no people skills and was very rude when I insisted that I speak to someone with medical knowledge to tell me whether or not my cancer has returned. The clinic also 'lost' my referral for physical therapy and considering I am a terminal cancer survivor I feel this is more than alarming. My husband and I changed clinics almost a yr ago because for 2 yrs after my husband spoke with 3 different Dr's at this clinic about his shoulder pain no one took his or my concerns seriously.it took 2 apt with a different dr for his to see a surgeon and was informed if he had waited any longer there would have been nothing they could do to help him.he was diagnosed properly finally.
