Disappointed in this company. Have been a good customer for 18 months but problems with getting clothes back in a timely manner was beginning to be a problem. Matters are much worse now since they have been closed for a number of days with our clothes sitting inside and no information to customers. Many people are likely in the same unfortunate situation.
Avoid unless you do not want all your clothes back – They were doing OK for the first few months, then lost my Ann Taylor Khaki Capris and claimed we did not drop them off there and now they've sent us home with someone's black size M Banana Republic trench coat. I am going to hold the trench hostage until they give me back my Ann Taylor pants.
