Our family vehicle had multiple misfires and the engine light was on. It was running very roughly (almost barely maintaining idle)! I replaced the spark plugs and coils myself to try to save money. After a while, the problem reoccurred. He said said that I should have used a better brand. I was skeptical, but bought the brand that he recommended. I got cursed out for basically no reason while trying to get an inspection sticker. The man I talked to screamed and cursed at me completely unprovoked. I didn’t have my insurance and registration in my hands when I talked to the worker, and he cursed me out even though all I had to do was get the insurance and registration from my glove compartment. Went to get an inspection sticker and he cursed out my husband saying that he needed physical copies of the registration and stuff. We had everything he needed. Very unprofessional don’t even go here. And besides, it looks like a shack and it has a bunch of raggedy signs that he wants you to “read” You should never treat people like that for no reason when they are being kind and respectful to you. He’s going to do that to the wrong person on the wrong day.
run far away from this place. completely messed up vehicle using aftermarket parts without permission, then referred to Dealer because they could not figure out what the issue was. refuses to honor warranty. very unprofessional owner
