Will make ridiculous demands for specific wording on your insurance for your business, in a way that the insurance company doesn't normally have to provide. They are very demanding that it be a certain way, and it is not something other finance companies routinely ask for. They insist it must be just that way or they will charge you extra on your payments for "their" insurance. I think it's just a way to try to grab more money from you. This equipment leasing company is one of the worst businesses you would ever work with. During the COVID Pandemic our equipment lease, by their own agreement was deferred (never reduced, never forgiven) by 3 months. After three months when the payments were resumed they slapped my medical practice with a late charge of close to $200 for "late payment" imposed on my financially cash strapped and ailing practice caused by their own erroneous billing practice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT FINANCING WITH THIS CORPORATION!
