Courteous, knowledgeable, careful
The best company ever, thank god I assigned the job to them. I had my basement apartment units waterproofed and installed two new sump pumps. Tobi and his team did amazing job, they arrived on time and finished the work within the time frame they had estimated. I am surprised by their professionalism and clean work and I think they are reasonable in price too. I would hire them again if I need to for my other basement waterproofing needs.
I felt that the quote I was given for the scope of work was very fair. They were timely, listened, and professional. The crew had a rather large job and they worked diligently, asked for my perspective at points, and were very pleasant to deal with. When you trust a job, your feel confident in the product delivered- I felt Highland provided excellent work!

Having just had just about every trade represented in our house overhaul these last 3 months I can say with great conviction that these guys were great! I admit I am a picky craftsman, having built high-end custom furniture for a very detail oriented clientele for many years.
