Very professional, hard working people, the best priced company out there, and quality work!
Very reasonable price and very hard working team of workers. I highly recommend Highland Basement Waterproofing!! They are honest and if they say they they will be there at a certain time, you can trust that they will show up on time!
Had them do a job last week; their crew was conscientious and did excellent work.
I had my basement waterproofed by Highland and now I have condensation and MOLD under the plastic! I have been trying to get someone here to look at it and provide a solution but I’m not receiving call backs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Update: The company’s response is a LIE! They did not call to make and appointment until I posted this review!!! Mike Durham was RUDE and made up reasons, solutions under the impression that I don’t know basic science! FYI - I have a degree in Nuclear Medicine, sir!
A lovely team of professionals inspected my basement and devised a plan to stop the 2 leaks. The teams were "booked out" several weeks, but it was well worth the wait. A professional job done in half a day. Reasonable prices with high caliber work. Definitely recommend.
