I had my basement waterproofed by Highland and now I have condensation and MOLD under the plastic! I have been trying to get someone here to look at it and provide a solution but I’m not receiving call backs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Update: The company’s response is a LIE! They did not call to make and appointment until I posted this review!!! Mike Durham was RUDE and made up reasons, solutions under the impression that I don’t know basic science! FYI - I have a degree in Nuclear Medicine, sir!
A lovely team of professionals inspected my basement and devised a plan to stop the 2 leaks. The teams were "booked out" several weeks, but it was well worth the wait. A professional job done in half a day. Reasonable prices with high caliber work. Definitely recommend.
Arrived on time. We're very clear about how the repair was to be done. Cleaned up the mess and the price was very reasonable. The leak has been fixed. Highly recommend Highland Basement Waterproofing.
