Do not waste your time or money here. If you do use them, I advise asking in advance for a clear timeline as to when your vehicle will be serviced. Get the work order in writing and up front. Make sure you do not use your own parts. They will charge you a 15% surcharge, and if the project is completed incorrectly, they've room to blame your equipment. All around terrible experience. The lack of communication, the quality of work, the condition of the shop, the time it took them to complete the asked project, the way they treated my spouse (especially the woman there). I couldn't think of one thing I liked about our experience. In the end I paid 600 dollars for 4 hours of labor that took 5 days to complete and drove away with a brand new subwoofer that didn't, and still doesn't work.
