Don't trust anything they tell you. I took my car in for an oil and coolant leak. Not only did they fail to fix the problem, they actually made it worse. They charged me an outrageous amount and gave me incorrect diagnoses. Please, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!
I took my car to this workshop three times within a month for an oil leak problem. They made me spend $1,300 to fix it, yet the leak is still there—even after assuring me they had road-tested the car and thoroughly checked the system. They then quoted me another $900 to replace a different part of the oil system, without even guaranteeing that this would solve the issue. Travelling through from Brisbane , staying Glen Innis when I had a few warnings on my VW Touareg. Gave them a call at 4.30pm, asked if they could at least scan myvehicle for any dangerous faults. Only too willing to do it and spent a good half hour scanning and revealing nothing dangerous. Very friendly, chatty and willing to help.
