I have lived here for over a year and I am beyond elated to call it my home. It’s a cute and historic apartment with its unique features. I enjoy my neighbors and the community orientation. It’s quiet, and it has hidden gems all throughout the neighborhood. We are not far from downtown, festival park and Segra Stadium. The management team is there to work with and for you. We have community events pretty often. I am glad to call this my home and I’m sure you would too!
Best place I have lived since renting!!!! The staff is amazing and maintenance is always on point, every time I put in a work order it’s done.
It’s the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in; it’s cozy and homey.
My experience has been great! The staff really cares about their tenants and it shows.
The customer service here is terrible. I've been a tenant for a year and a half and my AC has been problematic. I requested a portable AC unit while waiting for the fix, but the management and maintenance keeps delaying it. The manager promised it would be delivered today, but it didn't happen, and wouldn't you know, the office closed early.
