This clinic completely failed me when my pet needed care. You deserve a vet who supports you—not one who pushes you away the moment things get slightly complicated. Their reasoning was not logical, medically appropriate, or client-centered. Hiding behind “we haven’t seen him in a couple years” is not a valid medical justification to turn away a sick animal. Beyond disappointed in recent care from Highland Vet. I’ve been a customer with multiple pets for 30+ years but no one could see my distressed senior dog “any time during an entire week” when she was actively bleeding from her mouth. I bring my cat Lenny here and he always gets amazing care! All the staff are kind to both of us and give good advice on how to handle issues with the pets!
