Shai has serviced our multiple HVAC units for a few years now. He checks in for regular servicing when it's suggested and responds quickly when I reach out if there's an issue. Recently, we had an issue with our furnace that he tried to fix and then realized it was a bigger problem. He didn't charge us for the initial fix and then got us a good deal on a new unit, which he and his team installed quickly.
Shai did a full system overhaul for us. The work was very efficient. We wanted the system moved from our garage into the attic and Shai took special care to meet our needs. Crew was great and new system seem to work great. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend calling highland vs one of the bigger companies for a professional, no BS, reasonably priced solution.
