Shai is a good guy. He recently installed a mini-split in an upstairs bedroom and when he found that the unit was defective he made sure to work with the manufacturer to get a replacement. Plus, he helped solve a problem with a furnace that was installed incorrectly by another company. He is responsive, reliable, and provides great customer service. Highly recommend Highland Air.
Great service - built trust right away, and fair pricing
Replaced 2 HVAC systems with Heat Pumps. Highland were completely professional and a joy to work with, as they handled rebate options with CPUC etc.. This is a real bonus. I would highly recommend using them and will continue to use them for my A/C needs.
