Place has everything I needed for storage: plenty of secure rooms of various sizes, temperature control to keep the elements off my stuff, clean and accessible passageways, wheeled carts to help me drag my attitude in and out of the facility (and they're found throughout the building), friendly staff, etc. I wish I would've used them sooner since I move around a lot, and I would like to ease the relocation workload by maintaining a "home base" for my stuff.
Storage unit is clean and easily accessible.
We keep many units in the facility for climate controlled business storage. Fair rates. Everything is predictable, clean, efficient. Very grateful for Katie and Matthew for their outstanding customer service.
Katie and Matt were very pleasant to deal with. Katie took her time and explained everything and was easy to understand. So much more friendlier then the last place I used Xtra Sto off of 199 the gate keeper was so disrespectfull. It was nice at Prime Storage to be shown respect. Think this will be permanent for me. Oh also much much better price for the same space. Highly Recommended
Nice place great service, Matt was especially helpful.
