I had a great experience with Wade at Prime Storage. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service—definitely an asset to Prime Storage!

Every month they charged me at least 20$ more. I started less than $100 and within less than a year I was paying almost $300. I continued to reach out to them to keep my cost as low as possible but to no avail they kept raising it claiming it was for maintenance. I had 2 storage units in that place a 10x15 and a 10x5. For the almost 3 years i was there I never saw any maintenance done and only saw the condition worsen with bugs, roaches, and even mice and rat feces on my containers in the unit thats supposed to keep mice out... read more
