Barbara was very kind and welcoming. She definitely deserves a raise, she goes above and beyond for all tenants and puts others in front of herself, without complaint.
I don't see how this place is relevant anymore. It needs to be relocated for free or at very-low cost to them provided by the government. The land it is now on is the future home of the "Riverside Strip" tourist destination by 2040, similar to Las Vegas Strip. Maybe it will be a casino hotel skyscraper someday. Too many affluent residents moving into Spring Mountain Ranch and E. Center St. Reche Canyon brand new homes, but without any luxury retail shops to serve them. Time to change...
