Really good dealer, was really happy to negotiate a good price for the car. I never like car dealerships because they are all super pushy and often sell you unreliable cars, this dealer was different, Jimmy was amazing and let me drive as soon as i showed up regardless of how young i am. he even gave me a free spare tire and center console (car didn’t have one before).
We found a great first car for my teenage daughter through Highgrove Autos. They treated us with incredible respect and honesty. Any concerns were addressed immediately, with great communication and transparency, making for a truly fantastic experience working with Jimmy.
I'll recommend anyone and everyone. I never had so much help with customer service like I had with Jimmy he went above and beyond my expectations when buying a vehicle from him he always made me feel like family when I had minor issues with the vehicle. He always made sure to fix any and all issues. Thank you so much for the utility truck I definitely be a loyal customer when and if I ever need another vehicle.
Well, unfortunately my original review which was 5 stars (below) has to be amended to one star. Why? The vehicle I purchased did not have a "clear title" and I had to pay $716 to the DMV in order to clear up the mess. Two days after receiving my plates and registration from Highgrove, I received a collection notice from the DMV. The collection notice was for unpaid registration from a previous owner.
