Our tour of HighGrove at Tates Creek was to be the first of a series of tours of senior living facilities in a search for a close friend needing to transition from living alone. If I hadn’t known it was a senior living facility I’d have thought we’d walked into a Five Star hotel or resort. We scratched our tours of other facilities after seeing Highgrove at Tates Creek because we were certain we’d just seen the best!
It’s an amazing place
I would give this Facility a 0 star if I could. As a former employee I would never put a Loved One in this Facility. They do NOT care about their employees. Staff sleep at night instead of providing care. Heavens forbid you bleed out and have a miscarriage on the job because Management does not care and told to “Deal with it.” When you stand up for yourself you are reprimanded.
