RecommendedHighgate gets an A+ from me so far. Mom has been a resident since April and is getting such good care. They keep me well informed of her needs and what they are doing to meet them. They have really done an outstanding job of trying to keep Mom connected to family during these times when we cant come in the facility to visit. Thanks to all who have made her feel welcome !

RecommendedI just want to say Thank You to Kathleen and the entire staff of Highgate for the great job they are doing during the Coronavirus crisis. My mom has been at Highgate since July last year. I have never heard her complain of anything during her living there, in fact, every time I see or talk to my mom on the phone she mentions how nice everyone is to her, how much she loves her bright and cheery room, and that she has no complaints whatsoever.
