Highgate has poor communication with families. They do not do what they promise. Things look good from the outside, but there is a lot that goes on behind closed doors that many families are not aware of and Highagte covers it up.
RecommendedThe staff at HighGate treat the community they care for as family. When it’s time for me to be tended to this is where I’m going! The compassion and care are beyond what is expected. They do what is best for the community even if it’s not the most popular. They truly care for their residents

RecommendedI continously hear Katie talk about the residents and things that the Highgate team is doing to create a safe and caring environment for all. She genuinely cares when someone doesn't feel well or is unhappy.
Most definitely not as described! It starts at the top and trickles down. Very bad place to put your loved one!! DONT DO IT!!!!!
