They are currently over pass their capacity and they don't accept new patients either walk-in or by appointment. Today I had to wait one hour to visit the doctor in spite of booking an appointment!
I called here today at around 1140am and the lady that I had spoke to was awfully rude. I had asked if they do walk ins today and she said “try tomorrow if you want” I asked if there was a wait if I tried to come today and she said “I’m busy and done for the day.” Which left me confused as it was only 11am, after a few seconds of silence they hung up on me. Attentive staff and professional doctors.
Dr. Rezvani has been and always was from the initial, been good and helpful to my health care needs. He is always informative, provides information and a through exam.
I called many times over two days during office hours to make an appointment, but no one answered. I had to go there by bus because I don’t have a car. However, the girl at the counter was rude, which upset me. I had already taken leave from work but couldn’t see the doctor and now need to apply for another day off.
