I prefer to praise in private but I think it's so important with the NHS under so much pressure, to give positive feedback where possible. Dr Williams is an exceptional GP: brilliant bedside manner and very methodical with care. Once again, Dr Williams went the extra mile by staying late to see my daughter and went as far as phoning Leicester Royal Infirmary to speak to a registrar about a scan. Thank you for always fighting our corner ❤️🙏
