I’ve followed Highgate House on Instagram for ages… My first visit was even more of an inspiration. Lee the owner made us feel very welcome with cold water. Gracefully explaining details of the furniture & accessories. A great experience for my sister & I.

The team at Highgate House are phenomenal! Throughout the process of me selecting a special birthday present they were attentive, enthusiastic, and genuinely amazing. They went above and beyond with bespoke wrapping, all to help make giving the gift the most memorable it could be. Every time you enter the store you are met with warmth and the best customer service you could ask for, all which complements the beautiful things they have on offer in store. Thank you so much!
Have purchased a couple of items from them love the quality however I’ve contacted them twice enquiring about items via phone but they didn’t get back to me so had to take my business elsewhere. Their website is slow to respond to emails and the customer experience is lacking in customer service would not recommend this business as an online shop. Regards Grant T
Delivered with care. It was impressive that Highgate House used DHL for the delivery rather than saved money by choosing another courier. So my experience of having the item carried to my room was seamless—very delightful after a frustrating quarrel with another furniture store.
