I’m proud to have been a loyal patient of this dental practice for 25 years. Some of my earliest memories are sitting in the lobby with my three brothers, drawing pictures while waiting for our turn with Dr Bill. I remember Jack Johnson on repeat, plenty of laughs and welcoming smiles from the reception team. Highgate Hill has always gone above and beyond to make us feel valued. I am proud to say that I have been loyal to this dental practice for 25 years. Thinking back to early memories as a youngster visiting Dr Bill, my 3 brothers and I would draw pictures in the lobby while waiting for our turn. Dr Kathleen Ling and the team are excellent! Always very professional service, plus Dr Ling is very gentle in her cleans and will take the time to explain the issues and how to fix them. 100% recommended
People normally dread a visit to the dentist. I had no such concern with Dr Janek. He explained every treatment well, even complex procedures, and took every care to ensure a pleasant visit. Thank you Dr Janek.
I recently visited this practice based on a friend's recommendation, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff and the dentist I saw, Dr O'Brien. The reception team went out of their way to gather my past dental records spread across the last decade and several practices. Dr O'Brien is a lovely dentist, she was not only knowledgeable but also communicated everything clearly and engagingly.
