So worth a visit. A huge accumulation of historical items and information. The volunteers were all friendly and helpful And we finished at the cafe where the offerings were lovely as was the owner
What an amazing array of items from yesteryear, so many items brought back memories. We were greeted by friendly and informative workers in a lot of the different areas, guided tour by two of the most wonderful workers there. Huge kudos to the staff at the Bushrangers Cafe, such friendly staff, great service and food. The damper was perfect for morning tea. Overall a great way to spend the day.
A wonderful place full of history. So many buildings to walk in and explore. As a family we all had a great time. And particularly loved the fire museum. Enjoyed some lovely Billy tea and damper for $8 Overall a wonderful experience. Just check open hours of tours to ensure you get the most of the experience
So much to see and read cool vintage cars really need a full day to check out everything
Amazing little gem here. Hubby and I stopped here to have a look, I am so glad we did. Interesting place with a lot of history here. The place itself is 90% wheelchair and pram friendly. There are also non-powered sites here for the cost of a ticket, you can stay for a night and take your time to walk around and see everything here. The Pioneer Village is on 20 acres with 70 buildings to go through and look at. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all the info about the village.
