My experience with Highfields Mechanical was terrible. I took my car in for regular services + replacement of major parts. I was overcharged multiple times in the one visit. The mark-up on parts is ridiculous. My last experience with Highfields Mechanical, I was charged $2048 for a quote and returned my vehicle 5 weeks later with interior damage and they refused liability.
