This surgery is not good as I booked an appointment so many times to do a health check up and I did a blood test. These doctors are not helpful They don’t care about the patients They also don’t answer the phone on time The doctors won’t even listen to you.
Dr. Vania is a great doctor, very professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident in his care
It takes ages just to book an appointment, and in the end, you don't even get one. They have a really stupid system.
As a previous patient so glad I left! The culture in this surgery is so toxic and unprofessional. I work for other GP surgeries and these are rudest receptionist I have come across. As someone has already said their manager Dina is unprofessional and does not ever get back to you. I had to go through NHS England for a complaint for my mum who’s also a patient there.
