Very poor customer service. The receptionist was so rude today. The surgery has weird random receptionists most of the time. The only good ones are the long term ones and Emma (I think her name was). But the rest of them need to watch what they say to patients especially those with mental health issues. It's not hard to be polite!

This surgery is not good as I booked an appointment so many times to do a health check up and I did a blood test. These doctors are not helpful They don’t care about the patients They also don’t answer the phone on time The doctors won’t even listen to you.
Dr. Vania is a great doctor, very professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident in his care
It takes ages just to book an appointment, and in the end, you don't even get one. They have a really stupid system.
