Don't go there the Administration staff can't be trusted, lack of staff that know what there doing, the food is uneatable, there are alot better Age Care providers in Port Macquarie .
Very disappointed with the staff, RNs and especially the administration staff, just don't trust them, the word is out on the bush telegraph in Port Macquarie an I predict a lot of vacant rooms in the future, looking for cares staff " Good Luck "and wish you would stop deleting my posts.
Extremely disappointed with the staff ,RNs ,an especially with the Administrative Staff, would not recommend Highfields Manor to anyone you love, there are alot better age care providers in Port Macquarie . There food is is not fit for human consumption, if you wish to sign up to Highfield Manor, please go through aage care solicitor, it will save you the pain of dealing with Eagle Care.
