Very disappointed by this medical centre. I usually get bulked billed, but the last two appointments weren't. Making me feel as though I was milked from back to back appointments. The first appointment I thought fair enough, but upon returning for the follow up appointment that was non urgent, which took no longer than 5 minutes (with no new medical assessment required). We enjoy going here. Reception are friendly and helpful. Dr Nain and Kneipp are great family doctors.

Dr SN is one of the rudest and nastiest doctor I have ever met. I have sent two of my girls to him and they both came out in tears, I myself have come out in tears. I have just had enough, I don’t know why I gave him the benefit of the doubt time and time again. No one should be afraid to go to the Dr, no one should sit in the waiting room wondering what mood he will be in today.
