Absolutely horrific experience!! Will never recommend a particular dental technician. Was told had 2 options root canal or extraction as I had a bit of a abcess so opted for extraction. Numbing gel went on then straight in with the needle then started to pull tooth could still feel everything so put my hand up and more anaesthetic then started to pull tooth again put both my hands up to stop and feet were lifting off the chair, I was in tears as the pain was so horrendous he didn't acknowledge that I was telling him to stop.... read more
Always helpful and caring. Management are a bit sideways with the AFL team they support but this can be forgiven due to the quality care provided.
These guys are amazing! We are travelling through and have a limited time in the area. They have accommodated my husband and I and have gone above and beyond to help us out. Thank you so much!
