The staff is courteous and helpful. The billing department is a mess. I've never had a problem with my insurance information with any Medical office in the past. Even though I provided my insurance information and showed them my insurance card. They couldn't get a claim with the insurance company and mailed me a letter to re-verify the information, which I did. 2 months later they called me saying I had not made my payment and that they were calling me out of courtesy before referring me to collection agency.
