Having moved to Highfield from poor service at a rural practice I have nothing but praise for my care here. The reception staff are really helpful , quick response to phone calls and my GP excellent. 10/10
I popped in end of last week to drop off a repeat priscription, I must say within the last week the surgery is spotless compared to what it used to be. Obviously they have changed cleaners and no dust anywhere from what I can see. Congratulations to the new cleaner fantastic job. I hope you get some praise!
Highfield health used to be a great GP surgery; staff were helpful across the board. Since the merger, this has gone downhill rapidly and what was once a service I recommended to others, I now find I am leaving myself to register with another surgery. Medication changes from other NHS services take ages to filter through, and even then, they get it wrong leaving people potentially without the correct medications.
