Have just had my Ford Focus repaired - Initially phoned and was told there was a little delay in booking due to commitments they had with other clients which I totally understood. Took my car down, was met by friendly mechanic and left my car with them. They contacted me stating something additional needed doing, it was required so was happy for this. My friend and I had a minor issue with the car after visiting the garden centre in Willington today meaning she couldn’t shut the car door. I called the garage and they looked at the car within minutes with no charge and fixed the issue! Thank you so much if you hadn’t of been so happy to help we could have been stranded with two small children.
