I had a lovely experience at HigherDOSE (Williamsburg) today! I read some of the previous reviews, and I think they are making conscious efforts to improve on the dissatisfaction others experienced. I was welcomed/greeted with energy as soon as I walked in. Everything was explained in detail to me prior to session (sauna mat). During the service I was checked on multiple times and offered water and a cold towel with eucalyptus. Sauna blanket. Red mask. Heated mats. Great customer service. Clean facilities. Easy to get to. Friendly.
A beautiful experience
Wouldn’t go here again. I went to the Manhattan location before and left a raving review. The Williamsburg location doesn't have any showers-what’s a sauna without a shower? Or a proper cooldown? We ended up having to put our clothes back on, completely sweaty and it was the worst sauna experience we ever had. So bad and not worth the money.
