During the blizzard of 2026 we lost power for three days. Needless to say, the house was frigid. We were concerned we wouldn’t be able to find anyone in a reasonable amount of time to get us back on track….but then came Jordan! He quickly diagnosed issues with both our hot water tank and furnace, sourced parts quickly, estimated the timeframe that he would complete the job and kept to schedule. Jordan was quickly responsive to check the status of a pilot after a major storm and got my tenant's hot water and heat back online asap. Furthermore, I was informed he was very courteous and professional throughout the repair work.
Prompt professional skilled service at a fair price. HSM also left job site clean. They are on my preferred contractor list.
