My neighbor recommended Jordan, owner of Higher Standard Mechanical, when our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer (of course). I called and was pleasantly surprised that Jordan answered immediately, apologized for not being able to stop by that day due to being off cape on a large installation job, and promised he would rearrange a few things and fit me in between 10-12 the following morning. I was thoroughly impressed with the courteous, prompt, and highly professional service provided by Owner/Operator Jordan Widdiss during the installation of my new Mini-Split AC unit. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction have certainly earned my business for any future needs.
Our upstairs bathroom sink stopped working and Jordan was able to get us in on short notice. He did an outstanding job very professional and clean installation. If we need work in the future with anything related hvac / plumbing we will only work with him.
Quick to respond, fast service. Honest and gives you options. He took pictures of what he was doing and explained exactly what he had to do and why. I will be using Higher Standard Mechanical again in the future.
What a great experience! We came home to no hot water from our Fourth of July vacation.
