I had the absolute pleasure of picking Ross at Higher Standard Carpet Cleaning in Bel Air, MD help me out after a disaster with mold from not one, but two toilets leaking in my rental house. There was a big hole cut into the ceiling of the end of my kitchen on 8/19, with water dripping into a plastic tub under the leak. I couldn’t be happier with the job Ross did! When I reached out to him, he was responsive and accommodating. When he showed up, he was extremely motivated and kind. Ross was in and out and did nothing short of a fantastic job!! I am so pleased with how nice my carpets look now. I used higher standard carpet cleaning for my sectional and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Ross was on time, even texted the morning of to reconfirm his arrival time. My couch used to be white but with a toddler and a dog its taken a beating. After Ross was done with it though, it literally looked brand new. He was so nice and gave great tips for maintenance.
