I started HPF in June of this year and really enjoy it. All the instructors are great. They challenge you to do your best and are very encouraging. I have never tried a boot camp fitness class but am very happy with this one. My husband has says he can tell I'm getting stronger and has noticed how happy I've been since I started. I would recommend HPF to anyone looking for a fun and challenging workout.
