This is easily one of the most unethical companies I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. From the dispatch and the owner driver. I strongly do not recommend using their services.

After explaining in English and Spanish to drop a car off on the driveway next to a mustang they proceed to drop off the car in the front yard damaged my property leaving deep holes and tire marks. When called to let them know what they did they hung up in my face.

Amazing drivers! Moved 2 sheds for us and floored us with their amazing driving skills. Maneuvering into tight spaces and still perfectly aligning the shed to the porch and house all with no damage to the shed or porch! This company is above the rest!

I waited hours after I was in an accident after my insurance agency dispatched them to me. I called to ask where they were and the dispatcher said they were 15 minutes away. I asked where the truck was coming from and they were very rude and didn’t confirm a location. When the tow truck driver came to the scene, I told him that the address of my mechanic had moved and I gave him the new address. He called his supervisor and she said that they could not deliver the car to the current address unless I had it confirmed with my ... read more

Worst towing company in JAX. 2nd time my fleet company has used them twice, horrible experiences both times. First time waited over 3 hrs and then they dumped the car at the dealership with the keys in the seat, did not inform anyone it was there. 2nd time after waiting an hour was called and told they would be there in 30 min only for them to cancel the tow an hour later. They would not even answer the phone when I tried calling them.
