Have used them 3 times now and after these last 2 I have to say avoid them. They take longer than necessary on jobs and will charge you $60 every time they come out. On this last job I had them install an Ethernet line. It worked when they left then ~ 2 weeks later when installing my new computer to it (first time using the outlet after install) I couldn't get the plug into the outlet.
