I have been going to HP Midcity for almost 2 years now. Their classes and instructors are the best in the city. Don't be intimidated if you are new to spinning or yoga. The instructors will meet you wherever you are and be supportive. The spin bikes are state of the art and come equipped with personal computers to keep track of all of your metrics.
