Chris and his staff did a wonderful job taking any questions we had and giving good suggestions. We went with his staff because he was willing to take time and help us make great decisions on our budget. His expertise is on par with their craftsmanship! I may not recommend the year 2020 to anyone, but higher level stairs has my recommendation!
Chris and his crew were exceptional to work with! I needed to toss my grandma rails and balusters ASAP thanks to new house fever and Chris was able to give me an estimate and get the job started within a week. It only took a day and a half and the rails/balusters are BEAUTIFUL!!! Highly recommend using Higher Level!
