Chris and his team do incredible work! I showed him what I wanted from Pinterest and he found a way to make it happen. Very good with trouble shooting. Higher level stairs, are easy to work with, prompt, clean, and worked with our contractor well even though they were my contact.

We had a wonderful experience with Higher Level Stairs! We had so many folks out to take a look at our old early 1900s staircase and realized this project would be a challenge. The stairway is just so narrow and steep that it was presenting a pretty significant safety risk, especially as we anticipated the birth of our first child. Chris talked us through all our options and I felt extremely comfortable with the solution we landed on.
