I made an appointment and waited 20 min and the stylist was nowhere to be found. I was really excited for this appointment… truly disappointed and will not be booking again for the lack of unprofessionalism. I received the text for for the appointment reminder yet no updates on whether it was canceled or stylist coming late…
This is my 3rd time doing my hair here, and she is great at doing what she does!!
I had the best experience in this shop. The lady who did my hair was very nice and respectful. She did my hair and offered me a discount. I would love to go again
