I sought out Alex at Higher Performance after tearing my PCL. Over the past few months, he has meticulously helped me rehab and work through this injury, allowing me to come out the other side stronger, more athletic and mobile, as well as being more knowledgeable about my own training. Alex consistently checks in, adjusts programming according to my current and future goals, and shows a genuine care for my progress. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
