I have never in my entire life been treated the way that we were treated at Higher Grounds by Alicia Keen. She was rude to us from the moment we walked in, and then moved from being snippy and rude to being outright aggressive. I felt judged as a parent from the first words out of her mouth, and it was clear to me that she disliked my child before he ever spoke a word.
