We just had the first rain of the year. And the drainage system these guys put on made our problems even worse. They are not a true drainage company. They should stick to mowing lawns. 15k literally washed away
My only experience with Higher Ground was a call-back I received from Tony. I was disappointed to learn from that Higher Ground does not service my area. Nevertheless, Tony spent time on the phone with me, answering whatever questions I might have about the services I was interested in, and making suggestions about how I could get my drainage problems attended to more affordably. Tony was very professional and generous with his time.
Professional and so friendly and easy to work with. Tony had great ideas and his crew brought them to life. Very happy with the finished product.
Higher Landscaping installed a new storm drainage system at my parent's home. Had an exterior backyard drain system put in and couldn’t be happier! Tony took the time to explain our options then make a recommendation. Since the in stall we’ve had heavy rains and can confirm the system works as expected. We can actually use our yard again after heavy rains!! Tony also has been great in answering follow up questions I after the first time the system activated. He also fixed a drain issue in my driveway very promptly. I highly recommend this business!
