David was able to help us get our system working, help us to understand how to properly operate our system, and plan for routine maintenance. David is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and professional. We are so grateful to have a reliable professional to care for our system.
David came to my house to troubleshoot my furnace after it stopped working. He mentioned it was "too old" to repair, claiming it was 32 years old, and recommended replacing the entire unit. When I asked if he could fix the existing unit, he refused, stating he doesn’t like to repair older equipment. Despite this, he asked me to pay a $150 diagnostic fee, even though he couldn’t provide a diagnosis. For reference, my home was built in 2006, and the furnace is only 18 years old. I’m very fortunate to have David worked on My house heater, it stopped suddenly working and i had guest coming the next day. I called David to help me and 3 hours later he showed up and fixed it.
