I think that HGC is a great studio that provides a unique offering of work out classes and adult dance classes which I was not able to find elsewhere. The workout classes are effective as they helped me grow stronger and meet my fitness goals. I also really enjoyed being able to get back to dance. The community that Erica created at HGC is also great as everyone is very friendly and encouraging, which was very helpful for me as I was not someone that was into fitness and was initially scared to try something new.
I started coming here about a year ago, and I have never felt stronger! I always look forward to the great energy, fun time, and happy vibes felt while exercising. All the instructors are supportive, motivating, and caring and want to help you do your best. Erica is always a positive energy and has really created a special place for everyone to come workout and dance!
Classes with Erica made me fall in love with working out again. She is motivating and inspiring. If you’re looking to start a fitness journey, this is your place! I can’t speak enough good words!
Classes are cancelled randomly and at the last moment. Sometimes you will be automatically enrolled into a new class in the same spot that got canceled and you wont be even notified. I joined this because I read good reviews about yoga sculpt class. I did not get even one chance to try the class in a month because the classes kept on getting cancelled. Extremely disappointed
There is nothing better than the dynamic mother daughter duo that owns this studio! They are kind, accommodating, offer a ton of classes and will kick your butt!!! Can’t wait to take more classes here :)
