I take Zumba class with Kristyn here and have loved the energy this place has. There is usually another class always happening while Zumba is going in too and its so amazing to watch all the talent. I have a late work schedule and I can’t make the classes often but its so worth making atleast one class per month.

Higher ground has been amazing! Erica is so lovely and clearly committed to this work and community. The other instructors are awesome too! The classes have been great, always a solid workout and feeling stronger as I continue going! I love the convenience of it being on Evergreen Walk. Can’t recommend it enough, way better than any big chain studio.

I think that HGC is a great studio that provides a unique offering of work out classes and adult dance classes which I was not able to find elsewhere. The workout classes are effective as they helped me grow stronger and meet my fitness goals. I also really enjoyed being able to get back to dance. The community that Erica created at HGC is also great as everyone is very friendly and encouraging, which was very helpful for me as I was not someone that was into fitness and was initially scared to try something new.

I started coming here about a year ago, and I have never felt stronger! I always look forward to the great energy, fun time, and happy vibes felt while exercising. All the instructors are supportive, motivating, and caring and want to help you do your best. Erica is always a positive energy and has really created a special place for everyone to come workout and dance!
