I highly recommend Higher Call Heating and Cooling. This evening around 5:30 I noticed our AC wasn't working. The fan wasn't running or anything so after doing and checking all the normal things I called to schedule a service call and they scheduled one for tomorrow Friday afternoon but 15 minutes later Matthew Raley called and said he could come this evening at 7:00. He had our AC back working in an hour or so. If you need any type of AC work done I recommend this company..

Woke up with no heat and have a newborn six month at home and it was 42° in the house called. Someone answered right away and was out within a hour and had the problem fixed in no time. Thank you so much Randall. highly recommend Higher Call.
Our unit was not functioning correctly and I scheduled an appointment. Randal was right on time and all it took was a reset. He was very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. Wesley and his guys are the ones to call in Columbiana for your HVAC issues. They are our go to guys in the future.
Higher call has been doing all of my heating and air work for the past eight years or so. I own some rental properties and they have been great to go out on service calls on those. I have used them to replace four different units. They also did duck work for my basement remodel. They take care of my grandmother and my neighbors also! Great company I’ve always been pretty impressed with each one of their workers. Randell and Wesley are great!
