After being advised by a 111 paramedic to urgently see my GP as they felt that the concern needs to be addressed by a specialist, due to significant blood loss and increasing weakness, I went to the surgery in person. I had missed the 8:00 AM phone-in and the online consultation window (which closes before 9:00 AM), simply because I was too unwell to get out of bed — the effort required was too great in my condition. So far my experience has been very positive, GP, nursing staff and reception staff all been helpful and efficient.
Doesn't deserve even a 1 star. Terrible communication from there part, can never get a appointment, been waiting since 8 30am just to test a water sample when I know I've definitely got a water infection. Phoned surgery twice to be told a dr will phone you today,, still waiting now 00.21am ?? And im still in pain?? The next day. Called 111 they say contact my surgery?? Not surprised a&e so busy if this is your surgery.
Filled in a econsult for my wife on Thursday and today is Friday 19.38pm and still the doctor still hasn’t rang this surgery is seriously gone downhill what a load off rubbish
